Similar to an Italian panzanella salad, this salad is Syrian in origin, and includes fresh herbs and crunchy romaine.
Ingredients: 2 rounds pita, 10 T olive oil, 3/4 T lemon juice, salt, black pepper, 1 clv garlic, 2 cucumbers, 1 romaine lettuce heart, 3 T coarsely chopped fresh mint, 3 T coarsely chopped fresh parsley
