- 1 mango
- 4 t yogurt
- 3 T rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 t salt
- black pepper
Creamy Mango Salad Dressing Directions
- Purée mango, yogurt and vinegar in a blender until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper. This will keep covered in the refrigerator for a few days, but is best the same day.
