Due to the current instability of SNAP/FoodShare issuance for February and availability for March because of the shutdown, the Co-op will be distributing an extra Double Dollar on each Double Dollars Tuesday transaction from January 20 through February.
This means that Co-op customers will be eligible for up to $25 of Double Dollars on $20 of SNAP/FoodShare benefits spent.
Spending $5-$9.99 using SNAP/FoodShare yields $10 (2 vouchers)
Spending $10-$14.99 using SNAP/FoodShare yields $15 (3 vouchers)
Spending $15-$19.99 using SNAP/FoodShare yields $20 (4 vouchers)
Spending $20+ using SNAP/FoodShare yields $25 (5 vouchers)
This will be in effect the following Tuesdays: January 22, January 29, February 5, February 12, February 19 and February 26. We will distribute Double Dollars the normal way for the first two weeks of March; our distribution period will end on March 12, although customers can use them through May.
