Terms & Conditions
1. Willy Street Co-op does not accept advertisements that directly compete with products or services available at Willy Street Co-op.
2. Willy Street Co-op reserves the right to decline any advertising that it feels is inappropriate. 
3. Advertising is accepted in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 
4. Failure to provide advertising copy by the deadline will not relieve you from your financial responsibility. You will be billed as if the ad ran. 
5. Willy Street Coop is not responsible for errors contained within ad copy that the advertiser provides. 
6. The  advertiser shall indemnify and save Willy Street Coop harmless from and against any loss or expense, including, without limitation, claims or suits based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements, including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism and copyright infringement. 
7. Advertisers will be billed by the 15th of the issue’s month. Payment is due 14 days from the bill date. 
8. Prepayment required for first time advertisers or at the discretion of Willy Street Co-op. 
9. Rates are fixed at amounts in this agreement for duration of current agreement. Rate changes for new agreements can be made at any time. 
10. Willy Street Co-op makes every attempt to accommodate ad position requests but does not guarantee position. 
11. Cancellations must be received in writing by the 10th of the month prior to the issue the ad will appear to not be charged for the ad. 
12. If Agreement is terminated early the ad rate will default to the rate for the number of ads actually placed.
