avocado-hummus
- 1 cn chickpeas
- 1 avocado
- 5 T tahini
- 1 lemon
- 3/4 c water
- 4 clv garlic
- salt and pepper
Avocado Hummus Directions
- Drain chickpeas and place in blender, along with avocado. Add the tahini, oil, lemon juice, water and garlic cloves. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
