Lemon Tahini Sauce

Thin down this sauce down to use as a tangy salad dressing, or leave it thick to spread on sandwiches, or as a dip for vegetables.

  • 3/4 c tahini
  • 5 T lemon juice
  • 1 clv garlic
  • 3/4 c water
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3/4 c parsley
  • caynenne

Lemon Tahini Sauce Directions

  1. Use a blender to blend the tahini, lemon, garlic, and 3/4 cup water. If you'd prefer a thinner consistency, keep the motor running as you add more water a little at a time. Transfer to a bowl and season to taste with salt, parsley, and cayenne.
  2. Keep covered and refrigerated until use.
