- 3/4 c tahini
- 5 T lemon juice
- 1 clv garlic
- 3/4 c water
- 1/2 t salt
- 3/4 c parsley
- caynenne
Lemon Tahini Sauce Directions
- Use a blender to blend the tahini, lemon, garlic, and 3/4 cup water. If you'd prefer a thinner consistency, keep the motor running as you add more water a little at a time. Transfer to a bowl and season to taste with salt, parsley, and cayenne.
- Keep covered and refrigerated until use.
