Ingredients: 1/2 lb soba noodles, cooked, 1 small onion, diced, 2 clv garlic, minced, 1 each red and green bell pepper, chopped, 3 c broccoli or cauliflower, chopped and steamed, 1 c frozen peas, 1 T olive oil, 1 t turmeric, 1 t brown mustard seed, 1/2 t whole cumin seeds, 1 t arrowroot, 1/2 c cilantro, chopped, 1/4 c water, tamari to taste, limejuice to taste
