Ingredients

  • 1 lb farfalle pasta, cooked
  • 1 bn spinach, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, diced small
  • 0.5 c olive oil
  • 4 clv garlic, minced
  • 0.333333 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t salt, or to taste
  • 0.5 c nutritional yeast

Preparation

Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly. Add to pasta and mix to coat well. Add vegetables and mix.
