This is a fun summery fruit salad to play around with. Make it as written, or substitute the peaches for mangoes or another stone fruit.

Serving: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lb peaches
  • 1.5 c lime juice
  • 0.5 c water
  • 1 t chili powder
  • pn cayenne
  • 1 T sugar
  • 0.5 t salt
  • 0.25 c cilantro

Preparation

Place the sliced peaches in a large bowl. Toss with the lime juice, water, chili powder, cayenne, sugar, and salt. Top with the chopped cilantro, and serve.
