Tangy and garlicky, this salad dressing is amazing over a simple green salad of crunchy Romaine and blanched vegetables.

Ingredients
- 0.5 c mayonnaise
- 0.5 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 0.25 c chopped green garlic
- 2 T chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 c olive oil
- 1 t salt
- 0.5 t black pepper
Preparation
Combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, green garlic, and parsley in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Continue to process until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper.
