Chinese five-spice powder, cardamom, and pears make this more intriguing than the usual cranberry sauce.
Time: Preparation 1 hours
Serving: 1 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 c frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- 0.5 c sugar
- 3 c pears
- 12 oz cranberries
- 1.5 t cardamom

Preparation
In a heavy saucepan, combine cranberry juice concentrate with sugar. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil.
