Willy Street Co-op Merguez Sausage
The Merguez Sausage that we make in the store contains a mixture of fresh ground lamb and beef and is seasoned with harissa. It is a North African recipe that has a wonderful flavor with just the right amount of heat. Great on the grill, served with couscous or on a pizza.

Willow Creek Bone-in Pork Chops
One of the BEST things to grill! The bone really does add more flavor when grilling. I LOVE these marinated in soy sauce, pineapple juice, and onion—then grilled with pineapple slices, and onions! YUM!
Willy Street Co-op Lemon Cheesecake Bars
It’s the perfect balance of lemon and sweetness. Just enough cheesecake taste to balance the sweetness, but not too rich. YUM!
Brendon
Avocado BLT Wrap
It’s my go-to sandwich. I like the spice in the mayo, too. You can get the TLT with tempeh bacon and vegan mayo if you want to avoid meat and dairy. East and West only.

Organic Cantaloupe
Cantaloupe is one of the best foods to eat on a hot day. Whether you are trompin’ around the Dells or hiking in Cherokee Marsh, you can’t go wrong with a refreshing cantaloupe!

Local Strawberries
Local strawberries are finally here; and like a lot of great things, they’re only here for a short time. You can eat them straight, but I like them how my grandparents would serve them…sliced, slightly crushed and placed over the top of ice cream or cake.

Fresh Thyme Leaf
Thyme leaf FRESH is another flavor explosion. Dried thyme has its place, sure, but it doesn’t hold a candle to FRESH when you want put a Love Spell on someone. Trust me. I’m over 40.

Red Russian Kale
During the local season, this often-overlooked variety can be the sweetest and tenderest—and its flat form makes it easy to prepare. I usually sauté it briefly in olive oil or bacon fat, adding a little lemon and some sweet cherry tomatoes at the end. It’s also great raw—a friend suggested a salad of Red Russian, red bell pepper, and banana, and the flavor balance was perfect. I modified that to make a “wrap” of kale, peppers, fresh figs and local cheese. Lovely.

Blue Diamond Nut Thins® Hint of Salt
These crackers are pleasantly crunchy, perfect for the gluten-free and non-gluten-free alike, and go with EVERYTHING. Chicken salad, tuna salad, peanut butter, almond butter, artichoke dip, vegan spinach dip, hard and spreadable cheeses and cheezes, mango chutney, the possibilities are endless! I also appreciate how low they are in sodium so the salt never overwhelms any of the other flavors.

Kalona Super Natural Organic Whole Chocolate Milk
Best Chocolate Milk I have EVER tasted! So rich. So creamy. Perfect Treat!
Sartori Cheese MontAmoré
It has an amazing creamy texture with sweet, fruity tones. I love the taste! But the biggest reason I like it is that when I bring it to an event, everyone goes on and on about how wonderful it is. I am now required to bring some when I visit my family in Colorado. They are in love with it, too.

NessAlla Lemongrass Ginger Kombucha
At first I was reluctant to try kombucha, imagining the flavor would be weird. But I gave it a chance and sampled a bit of the Lemongrass Ginger, and I was pleasantly surprised to find I love it. It has a crisp, clean, flavor that makes me feel a little healthier when I drink it.

Evanhealy Blue Cactus Beauty Elixir
After trying this Beauty Elixir, I now use it every morning as my daily moisturizer. It feels extremely nourishing and moisturizing, but at the same time it absorbs well and doesn’t leave my face feeling oily. This product from Evanhealy is a bit of a splurge, but it feels luxurious, is packed full of antioxidants, and is certified organic. I’m hooked! East and West only.

Willy Street Co-op Almond Cheeze Ball
I could eat one of these every single day. I’m not even joking. I check the Deli case every single day to see if they are there so I can snatch one up. They are so creamy, dreamy, savory and flavorful. Also, if you feel like sharing, they’re a great and easy party food!

My kids love these pops. It’s a great way to sneak a little good-for-them honey when they won’t take a spoonful. Mama likes them too—great for sore throats!
