Learn about mushrooms and how to prepare them for optimal nourishment and healing. This presentation will offer an overview of mushrooms’ health benefits and medicinal qualities. The instructor will offer ideas for preparing mushrooms and recipes for inspiration. In the hands-on component, we will make a variety of mushroom condiments, delicacies, and medicine that everyone will take home. Recipes contain: milk. Lecture and demonstration.

Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
