The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.

Jordanian Mezze

Mezze is the Jordanian version of tapas and typically consists of three dishes. In this class, Sharon will discuss traditional Jordanian culture and dishes, and you will assist in preparing moutabel (a smoked eggplant dish), manakeesh (Jordanian flatbread with za’atar), and umm’ ali (the Jordanian national dessert made with fruit and nuts). Plus you’ll take home za’atar from Amman to use at home! Recipes contain: milk, tree nuts, and wheat. Vegetarian. Full hands-on participation.

Sharon explores the world through culinary travel, and she has taken cooking classes in Jordan.

Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
