The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.

Join Chef Mike for recipes and ideas to make your holiday feasts easier and more economical. We’ll explore alternatives to roasts like prime rib that will deliver all the flavor and extravagance, without the high price tag. Also on the menu: perfect mashed potatoes, without the cauldron of boiling water taking up real estate on the range. How about dessert? Individual cremes brulee and cheesecakes poached to perfection in little jars that your guests will love. Demonstration with hands-on opportunities.

Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
