Board Meetings

The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.
Owners are invited to attend during the open session of the BoD meeting.

Culture and Cuisine of Louisiana: Crawfish

We will explore the history, culture, and foods that made Louisiana a true melting pot. We will go by ingredients and/or culture sampling foods that contributed to the main dish of the state, Gumbo. Join Steffry to discuss the traditions and history that make Louisiana what it is today. On the menu: Crawfish Bread, Crawfish Etouffee, and Crawfish Monica. Everyone will make a packet of Etouffee seasoning to take home as well! Laissez les bon temps rouler. Recipes contain: milk, eggs, and shellfish. Demonstration with limited hands-on opportunities.

Class Refund Policy


Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
