Board Meetings

The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.
Owners are invited to attend during the open session of the BoD meeting.

Cooking with Chef Paul: Steamed Buns and Sea Vegetable Soup

A traditional Bao-zi will delight our palate. Join Chef Paul Tseng to learn to make and form the yeast dough and a variety of fillings–savory, vegetarian, or sweet. The umami taste of sea vegetables will complement the steamed buns perfectly. Ingredients/recipes may be modified based on seasonal availability. Demonstration only.

Class Refund Policy


Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
