Cooking with Chef Paul: Fresh Pasta, Gnocchi, and Dumplings

Making fresh pasta is always fun and fulfilling. You will walk away with the know-how and techniques of making fresh pasta, gnocchi, and dumplings. Recipes contain: wheat. Demonstration with limited hand-on experience.

Class Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact education@willystreet.coop with 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
