Board Meetings

The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.
Owners are invited to attend during the open session of the BoD meeting.

Classic Cherry Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie with Pierre Ferland

Join Chef Pâtissier Pierre Ferland in this class to learn how to make classic cherry pie and lemon meringue pie. From mixing to baking, this class will cover everything you need to know to make these two classic pies. This class will cover the basics of pie-making as well as making pie filling from scratch. Demonstration only.

Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
