Board Meetings

The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.
Owners are invited to attend during the open session of the BoD meeting.

Cheese-Making Please; Home Cheese-Making Basics

This introduction heralds the boldness of cheese! Linda will cover the ingredients and procedures necessary for success. This class is interactive: we will make and taste simple cheese styles, cover sourcing milk, and uses for whey. Leave with recipes, samples, and a culture to get started. Whether you continue making cheese or attend to experience the process, cheese will never look the same! Demonstration and hands-on.

Registration required.

Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
