Board Meetings

The Board meets 8–10 times a year, meetings are virtual, 6:30 – 8:30pm.

Owners are invited to attend during the open session of the BoD meeting.

Learn About and Register for FoodShare with Second Harvest

Is money tight? You may be eligible for FoodShare benefits on a QUEST Card! FoodShare is a federal benefit, like social security, that provides extra money for groceries to low-income individuals and families. The benefits comes on an easy-to-use debit-like card that can be used at Willy Street Co-op, many farmers markets, and most major grocery stores. The income guidelines are higher than you might think: individuals earning $11+ per hour and working 40 hours per week may qualify. To find out if you may be eligible, please call 1-877-366-3635 for a confidential screening and to schedule an appointment to apply at Willy Street Co-op. During your appointment, a FoodShare Outreach specialist will assist you with an application, answer questions, and connect you with other great community resources. Walk-ins welcome. Class Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the description of the event, registration for events that Willy Street Co-op cancels will be refunded in full. Individuals who wish to cancel their registration for events must contact Customer Service with 72 hours notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 72 hours of an event. In order to cover costs incurred there are absolutely no exceptions to the Refund Policy.
