Once you submit a new vendor application, it will be reviewed by the Willy Street Co-op Product Team. We will contact you within 30 days of receiving your application to let you know if your product(s) would be a good fit for our stores.

Please fill out the form below to give us an understanding of your business and your product line. If we are interested in samples or more information about your products we will reach out within 30 days.

Vendor Information

Local Vendor: Willy Street Co-op defines local as within 150 miles from the WI State Capitol building or anywhere within the state of Wisconsin.(Required)
Inclusive Trade Vendor: Vendor businesses that are 51% owned, controlled, and operated by an individual or group that is part of a systemically underrepresented or under-served group; including businesses that are women-owned, BIPOC-owned, LGBTQIA+-owned, veteran/service-disabled veteran owned, or owned by persons with disabilities.(Required)
