Packed with butternut squash, bananas, and spinach, this delicious smoothie is more of a meal than a drink.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 c coconut milk
  • 1.5 c almond milk
  • 1 c spinach
  • 0.5 c raisins
  • 1.5 c butternut squash
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 0.5 t cinnamon
  • 0.25 t nutmeg

Preparation

Pour the coconut milk and almond milk into the pitcher of a blender. Add the spinach and blend well. Add the raisins, butternut squash, bananas, and vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, adding water to thin it out a bit if neccesary. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
