- 1 bn lettuce
- 1 red onion
- 1 apple
- feta
- 1/3 c white wine vinegar
- 2 bags earl grey tea
- 2/3 c olive oil
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t herbs de provence
- 1/2 t sugar
- sea salt
- pepper
Honeycrisp Greens with Earl Grey Tea Dressing Directions
- 1. Bring vinegar to a boil. Remove and pour over tea bags in a small bowl. Cover and steep for 20 minutes. Discard bags.
2. Whisk together the vinegar-tea mixture with mustard, herbs, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Very slowly drizzle in olive oil to emulsify.
4. Toss over salad ingredients. Serve and watch.
