- 2 lb collard greens
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 onion
- 3 clv garlic
- salt
- pepper
Garlicky Collards from Brazil Directions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the collard greens and cook for 5 minutes, until bright green. Remove from the hot water and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft and translucent. Add the greens and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
