fresh-corn-saute
- 3 T butter
- 1 c green bell pepper
- 1/2 c onion
- 4 c corn
- 1/4 c water
- 1 T honey
- 2 T red sweet pepper
- salt
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese
- 4 sli bacon
Fresh Corn Saute Directions
- 1 . Melt butter in a frying pan. Saute the green pepper and the onion in the melted butter for 2 minutes. 2 . Add corn, water, honey and sweet red pepper to pan. Cover and cook over medium heat 10-12 minutes. 3 . If using, sprinkle cheese and bacon over the corn. 4 . Serve and enjoy!
