- 1 cucumber
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 T cilantro
- 1 t salt
Cucumber Cilantro Raita Directions
- Combine the yogurt, cucumber, chili pepper and salt in a serving bowl. Mix thoroughly, until well combined. Garnish with cilantro. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld. Serve cool.
