Ingredients: 2 heads of broccoli, 4 clv garlic, 1/4 c olive oil, salt, 3 T lemon juice, pepper, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c fine breadcrumbs, 1 red onion, 1/4 c coarsely chopped parsley, 1 1/2 c grated Parmesan, 2 T lemon zest, 1 egg, 1/2 lb ground beef, 1/2 lb ground pork, 3/4 c ricotta, 1 lb spaghetti
