We are excited to announce that we have launched our new online shopping website! 

Our new website, still at shop.willystreet.coop, will provide an improved shopping experience with new features to make shopping online with Willy Street Co-op even easier. Some of the exciting new features include:

• An easier-to-use, more intuitive online store.
• The ability to place orders using a smartphone or tablet.
• No more order minimums—order as little or as much as you need.
• The ability to edit orders through the website right up until we start shopping your order.
• Partnering with DoorDash to deliver all orders, which will allow us to offer more pickup and delivery slots throughout the week.
• The ability to create shopping lists and add items to your cart directly from your lists.
• Expanding our delivery area to a 10-mile radius from Willy North.

While we are extremely excited about all these new features, we have encountered some unexpected challenges and delays during this process. Some elements of our current program will not be possible, at least at launch. These include:

• Owner Rewards sale prices.
• Different delivery and pickup fees for Owners and non-owners.
• The ability to pay with EBT Foodshare/QUEST cards.
• Pickups at our East and West locations (customers can still pick up at Willy North).

We anticipate being able to accept EBT Foodshare/QUEST cards in early 2024, and will continue to work on solutions to bring the other elements to our new online ordering system.
